1. Yucatan style eggs “Ranchero” inspired fried eggs in a savory “pepita” (pumpkin seed) sauce, on a bed of beans and fried tortilla with toasted pepitas on top.
2. Guacamole. Classic avocado guac with fresh onion, tomato, cilantro and delicious grilled fresh cheese and house made corn tortilla chips

Tuna tostadas: Fresh tuna marinated in yucatan style ponzu (local citrus and soy) with spicy serrano slices on a bed of fried tortilla, chipotle mayo and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, fresh avocado and fried leek. Rib eye tacos Choice grade rib eye with our house made dry chile rub, fresh cilantro, mint and purple onion salad with a squeeze of sour orange and spice on the side. No choice for doneness, only option “done right”.
4. Grilled Shrimp Tacos: with a fresh cabbage cucumber and purple onion salad, wrapped in a freshly made corn tortilla with a side of delicious ginger mayo and creamy serrano sauce. Fresh, fresh, fresh.

House made corn and banana bread. Warmed up slowly with fresh butter and served with crisp cut berries and a side of “tres leches” for the banana, and eggnog for the corn.

Educated in Lyon, France, with further studies in trophology and holistic nutrition in India, his approach honors the connection between food, well-being, and culture.
At Líbélula, Chef Alfredo crafts dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of the Yucatán, using locally sourced ingredients to create thoughtful, elevated interpretations of traditional cuisine. The tiki-style makeshift beach bar, helmed by the ever-charismatic hermano Armandito, serves up vibrant cocktails and creative “mocktails” that delight all palates.
